As a immigration attorney, Priscilla has dedicated her career to helping individuals and entrepreneurs navigate the U.S. immigration system. With a strong background in immigration law and business planning, she has secured visas, citizenship, and investment opportunities for a diverse range of clients, including high-profile athletes and business owners.
At just 14 years old, Priscilla began college courses, earning her Associate’s Degree with a perfect 4.0 GPA by the time she graduated high school. She then attended Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where she graduated top 1% of her class (summa cum laude)—completing her Bachelor’s degree at just 19 years old.
She continued her legal education at the University of Florida, the top-ranked law school in Florida, where she was the youngest person admitted to her class that year. After earning her law degree, Priscilla built a career in immigration law, specializing in citizenship through naturalization, deportation defense, and securing visas for high-profile individuals, including MMA fighters and professional athletes with extraordinary abilities.
Her expertise in business immigration led her to focus on investor visas, where she helped entrepreneurs and investors navigate the complex U.S. immigration system. Over the years, she and her longtime friend, Carolina, a data journalist and business strategist, developed a niche in crafting E-2, L-1, and EB-5 business plans—achieving a 100% success rate in the cases they worked on.
Recognizing the need for high-quality, strategic business plans that truly reflect an entrepreneur’s vision and meet immigration requirements, Priscilla and Carolina co-founded CaPri Immigration Solutions. Combining legal expertise with business strategy, CaPri ensures that every business plan isn’t just a document—it’s a powerful tool for visa approval and business success.

Carolina knows that behind every business, there’s a story—one of ambition, resilience, and a vision for the future. Her passion lies in bringing those stories to life in a way that turns dreams into reality.
Born in São Paulo, Brazil, to an Argentine family, Carolina moved to Florida at just 14, facing the challenge of adapting to a new language and culture. Determined to excel, she immersed herself in her studies, quickly becoming fluent in English and setting her sights on higher education. Her drive led her to the University of Florida, a top-five public university in the U.S., where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and developed a keen eye for research, storytelling, and data analysis.
At UF, she thrived as a reporter and managing editor for The Independent Florida Alligator, the largest student-run newsroom in the country, where she covered breaking news and investigative projects. She also wrote for WUFT’s Fresh Take Florida, where her work was published across major outlets throughout the state. Later, as an Engagement Producer Intern at The Miami Herald, she sharpened her ability to connect audiences with impactful stories, optimize digital content, and drive reader engagement.
Determined to ground narratives and information in data and research, Carolina pursued a Master’s in Mass Communications with a focus on data journalism. Her ability to analyze trends, research legislation, and present complex ideas in a clear and strategic way became the foundation of her work—skills that proved invaluable when she transitioned into the immigration field.
While working at an immigration law firm, Carolina specialized in employment-based and special ability visas, where she quickly realized that many business owners struggled to present their ventures in a way that met USCIS requirements. Drawing on her background in journalism and data analysis, she crafted business plans that not only satisfied legal standards but also showcased the heart and strategy behind each enterprise.
Having personally experienced the challenges of the immigration process, Carolina treats every case as if it were her own. She co-founded CaPri Immigration Solutions alongside her longtime friend and colleague, Priscilla, an experienced immigration attorney. Today, they combine their expertise in immigration and research, storytelling abilities, and business acumen to help entrepreneurs turn their vision into a pathway to visa approval.
